Due to its ideal location combining immediate proximity to the historic center and easy access, its reasoned urban planning gives pride of place to green spaces and soft traffic: cycle path, footbridge connecting the district to the city center.
The Minimal aluminum guard rail elegantly dresses up the residentialization of an entire district.
